Blue Thread Ministries International has its roots in the heart of Rabbi (Rev.) Cliff Maynard from childhood. Rabbi Maynard accepted Yeshua as Messiah at the age of nine, was filled with the Rauch HaKodesh at eleven and answered the call to ministry at age seventeen. Rabbi Maynard has served as Sunday School teacher, Royal Ranger commander, Childrens pastor, Youth pastor, Worship leader, Associate pastor and Senior pastor. He is the author of “The Furnace Of Afflicition And How To Survive It” and is currently writing “The Last Blue Thread, The End Of The Church Age, The Coming Messiah”.
In 1997, Charlotte Master’s Commission was founded by Cliff Maynard in order to train students who had a desire to serve G-d with a passion for the lost, to become Ministers of the Gospel. Many of the techniques and methods taught were groundbreaking and life changing. Much of the training was and still is, hands on, for instance, like going homeless on the streets to teach the students what it is like to have nothing, and to place in them a recognition of love and compassion for everyone.
Outreach ministry was used to develop a spirit of selflessness by giving of themselves in time and effort to help those less fortunate. Churches were planted in underprivileged neighborhoods overrun with drug addicts and crime, then Pastored by the students under Cliff’s leadership and training, to give them pastoral experience unavailable in conventional Bible schools.
Training also included street preaching, puppet ministry, sign ministry, drama and musical concerts, youth ministry, nursing home outreach, counseling sessions, fundraising, and everyday practical pastoral duties. In addition to the hands on ministry, college courses were taught with each student required to complete in order to graduate. Recognizing that the pattern of the early church was five-fold ministry, all five offices were taught with each student given special attention in the office they were called to, yet trained in all five in order to be able to teach others in continuation of the discipleship process required by the L-rd.
The result from those early days of discipleship is a group of ministers with passion and fire for the things of G-d. Not just another “Reverend” beside their name, but men and women of G-d that would not settle for the status quo of passive, mediocre Christianity. The first graduating class of Charlotte Master’s Commission, the first School of Ministry of its kind in North Carolina, and a small group of six, won over 2500 souls to Jesus in only nine months! Those six students were the first of many to come. Those souls were the first of thousands and thousands.
Today students who graduated from Master’s Commission are Pastors, Missionaries, and Leaders of Evangelistic Ministries here in America and in other parts of the world.
Leading out of Charlotte Master’s Commission, G-d called Cliff to start Cliff Maynard Ministries International (CMMI), which was birthed out of a desire to bring the church back to its Acts 2 roots of passion for the lost and G-dly authority in the church, patterned after the Apostolic concepts, initiated in it originality yet somehow lost in the centuries that followed.
Cliff has gone out and preached the Word without apology in truth and love and he longs to see people come to Yeshua and live Spirit-led lives, obedient to the Word of G-d. Prompted by the Holy Spirit, Cliff formed and led a committee to bring Awake America to the Carolinas. As a result thousands of lives were changed. More recently, Cliff held Freedom Crusades in North & South America, Lima Peru, and Nakuru Kenya where many thousands have been saved and hundreds more miraculously healed by the power of G-d. Cliff is also Regional Director for National Jewish Fellowship, Southeastern United States.
Blue Thread Ministries International has been birthed by the L-rd, in light of what are considered “Super Prophecies” being fulfilled in Israel, that must come to pass before Yeshua can return, the Church must be made aware of these eye opening fulfillments of Scripture that prove that Yeshua may return at any moment.
Blue Thread Ministries International’s purpose also encompases the desire to see the Jewish people come to see Yeshua as Messiah and to bring the church back to it’s Jewish roots as exemplified by the Messiah Yeshua, who was the most Orthodox Jew to walk the earth, and the Apostles who were also Jewish.
The Church has not been paying close attention to what is happening in the Middle East and the Last Day’s prophecy being fulfilled. Our mission, given to us by the L-rd, is to bring awareness to the Body of Christ that Yeshua is coming soon! Not only that, but to also bring back to the church the proper teaching and instruction of the Word of G-d. These teachings made simple and easy to understand will leave you with a sense of urgency to get on fire for Yeshua and to share the Gospel message while we still have time.
